TM Designworks Chain Guide

The FACTORY EDITION #2 rear chain guide is the choice of factory race teams worldwide. This lasts longer and stays stronger.  The open design sheds debris and the ‘Zero Drag’ plastic formula absorbs impacts. The extended front nose protects the sprocket and underside from damage. It helps to stop wrapping the chain around the front sprocket….. I (Paul Bolton) won’t race events without one anymore, as I had a chain wrap up in the X Games because I wasn’t using one!!!

• Replacement wear pad is also available to further prolong the life of your chain guide.

TECHNICAL TIP: If you use a split link instead of a riveted link in the chain (which I prefer), put the split link on the inside to stop the split link from wearing out prematurely. This is a general tip regardless of whether you use the TMD chain guide or not.
