Rutherford Racing KTM FUEL TANK PICK UP LONG RANGE HOSE MODIFICATION KIT (EXTENSION) TBI

These fit the new generation KTM Enduro bikes. they are designed to relocate and extend the fuel pickup into the left hand side lowest point of the fuel tank. this is a particularly useful modification if you are using the bike on reasonably flat elevations as they will run out of fuel early if the bike is not used on steep or very bumpy terrain as this is needed wash the fuel back into the standard high up fuel pickup.

After installing the fuel expansion kit, both the fuel line’s length and capacity increase. Initially, the lines will contain air.
To remove any air bubbles, the fuel tank must be completely filled the first time the kit is used. The pressure from the full tank helps purge the air from the system.
After this initial fill, it’s not necessary to top off the tank every time—just avoid running it completely dry.
